Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, no questions asked. If you'd like to cancel, simply contact me at support@wodeontheroad.com within this period.

Once you've notified me of your cancellation, you'll have a further 14 days to return the item.

How Returns Work

When you contact me to cancel an order, I'll provide you with my returns address and instructions. In some cases, I may be able to process your refund without requiring the item to be returned - I'll let you know.

If a return is needed:

  • You'll be responsible for the cost of return postage
  • Please package the item securely

Refunds

I'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item (or receiving your cancellation notice if I've agreed a return isn't necessary).

Your refund will include the delivery cost you paid, and will be issued to your original payment method.

Item Condition

I may reduce your refund if the item's value has been diminished due to handling beyond what's necessary to inspect it - for example, if it's been used or damaged.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please contact me immediately. Your legal rights for faulty goods are not affected by this returns policy. I'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
